“This was great and definitely worthwhile. Lina was our guide. She picked us up from our hotel and drove us just outside of Bogota to the main brewery of the Bogota Beer Company. Lina and the other person who joined us told us all about local life in Bogota – Lina was even kind enough to make a pitstop on the way to a local, rural bakery to have try almojabanas (I think that’s what they’re called!). The tour itself was very informative and we tried all sorts of beer. Then, we had a fantastic, typical “BBQ” lunch at El Tambor. You’ll enjoy all sorts of grilled meats, more beer, and beautiful, outdoor country views. The whole experience was very Bogotan because it was lead by Bogotans. Do it, don’t think twice about it!”
